How long does shipping take?
Shipping times depend on your location and the product ordered. Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days and delivered within 4–7 business days.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide! International delivery times vary depending on your country’s customs and courier services.

Will I have to pay customs or duties?
For international orders, customs fees, import duties, and local taxes may apply and are the customer’s responsibility. These charges are not controlled by Amivie Jewelry.

Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

What if my package is delayed?
While most orders arrive on time, delays may occasionally occur due to courier or customs processes. Unfortunately, Amivie Jewelry cannot be held responsible for courier delays, but our support team will help you track your order if needed.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please contact info@amivie-jewelry.com as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we’ll do our best to update your address. However, Amivie is not responsible for undelivered orders due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.


Returns & Exchanges

Can I return my jewelry?
Yes! Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unworn items in their original packaging. Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene regulations.

Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returns must be sent to the original shipping location.

How do I start a return or exchange?

How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
